MODIFICATION OF UV-CURING COATINGS WITH THERMOPLASTIC ACRYLIC RESIN

The trimethylolpropane tris-acrylate(TMPTA) was modified with thermosplastic acrylicresin for UV-Curing coatings.The methyl methacrylate(A-21) from Rohm and Haas,U.S was best.TMPTA was modified by A-21 at different proportions.The hardness,adhesion,stand wear,stand fire and-humidity,luster,compatibility and corrosion-resistant of the modified resin was measured.20% of A-21 in the modified resin was the optimum proportion.
