The article stresses the urgency of creation and development of high-speed railroads in Russia. Authors offer to use new technologies of testing the terminals of a catenary suspension for mechanical and thermal stability. Authors describe the development of a new holder lock of the contact wires. Also authors describe the methods of mounting the cantilever to the pillar. The test results of a new hi-tech coating have been presented to protection new contact wires against ice-covered ground. The method of formation the life-cycle contract of infrastructure complex of current collection has been proposed for the faster development of high-speed railroads.
