In this treatise, the authors deal with all aspects of ichnology, but mainly concentrate on relations between invertebrate trace fossils and depositional environments. It will be of most use to sedimentologists because of its value for environmental reconstructions. On the other hand, it will be less attractive for the vertebrate trace fossil specialist.
