Association Analysis and Variable Pairing for Multivariable System with Time Delays

For the multivariable control system with time delays,the association analysis and variable pairing become the first step in designing control system.A new pairing method defined by step response of transfer function in time domain and based on RNGA and power consumption was deduced to improve the time delays. Analyzing the examples demonstrates that the new method can balance time delays and response time.
