The multimodal transportation interconnecting system at least comprises a rail system, a goods transporting motor car, a switching device and a processor, wherein the goods transporting motor car is movably arranged on a rail beam of the rail system; the switching device is used for transferring a goods loading device below the goods transporting motor car from a transporting tool and loading the goods loading device onto the goods transporting motor car, or unloading the goods loading device from the goods transporting motor car and transporting the goods loading device onto the transporting tool; and the processor is connected with the goods transporting motor car and the switching device so as to control the switching device to transfer the goods loading device and control the goods transporting motor car to move on the rail beam after the goods loading device is clamped on the goods transporting motor car. All ports and railway and aviation logistics centers are connected through the rail system, and the processor controls the switching device to transfer the goods loading device, and after the goods loading device is clamped on the goods transporting motor car, controls the goods transporting motor car to move on the rail beam, so that multimodal transportation is realized among the ports and the railway and aviation logistics centers.
