The work-to-family conflict occurred to the coaches in institutes of higher learning and its correlative variables

Basing their study object on 135 team coaches in 36 institutes of higher learning in Hubei province,the authors studied the current state of the work-to-family conflict occurred to the coaches and the relation between such a conflict and the coaches’ work satisfaction degree as well as the organizational commitment,and revealed the following findings: The work-to-family conflict occurred to the coaches was way more serious than the family-to-work conflict;the education level and weekly working time of the coaches played a role in predicting the work-to-family conflict;the work-to-family conflict occurred to the coaches did not affect the organizational commitments.The said findings indicate that such two factors as work characteristic and flexible working system play an important role in balancing the work-to-family conflict occurred to the coaches.
