Boulevard y edificio lineal "ingreso para Cumbaya"

The project represents the integration of a boulevard and a new linear building proposal in a place. Cumbaya has experienced a spatial expansion of high speed. The commerce has led a new sectors such offices that multiply the flow of citizens to be mobilized to Cumbaya. Cumbaya is crossed by rivers that are also presented as natural barriers. All estimates have created a new value to the land becoming an attracted place for residence, commerce and offices. The project is located in the main and busiest entrance to the parish which currently not produces urban or architectural elements that make a real portal. A multifunctional building for the revitalization of the sector and the boulevard that gives urban conditions of public spaces in the sector. The Boulevard is taken both sides of the Interoceanic Avenue helping to promote social sharing, filtering noise and climate condition and together with the building are incorporated into the existing topography communicating ends and the existing equipment.
