De gezondheidsbeleving van jongeren in Vlaanderen en het zuiden van Nederland

In this text differences in health perception and lifestyle factors are examined, and compared between school-aged children in Flanders (Belgium) and the southern Netherlands. Data were used from the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children study (HBSC), where schoolchildren between 11 and 17 complete an anonymous questionnaire at school. The analyses shows marked differences between both samples. These differences are related to health perception and to reported health and risk behaviours
