The invention discloses a cultivation method for tomato cordyceps militaris fruits. The method comprises the steps that with a matrix composed of turf, corn kernels and bran in the proportion of 15:1:1 serving as a fermentation substrate, cordyceps militaris mycelia grow in the matrix in a solid state fermentation mode to obtain a fermentation matrix containing the rich cordyceps militaris mycelia; a cultivation matrix is formed by the fermentation matrix and vermiculite in the proportion of 3:1, organic soilless cultivation is performed on tomatoes through the cultivation matrix, and produced fruits are the tomato cordyceps militaris fruits. According to the method, the pharmacological function of cordyceps militaris and the nutrition of the tomatoes are organically combined, so that the products contain various nutritional components and mineral elements and especially contain rich cordyceps polysaccharide and cordycepic acid. Accordingly, the immunity of the organism can be improved, tumors can be inhibited, aging resistance is achieved, and the requirements of people for healthy diets are satisfied.
