Los Derechos Humanos Sociales desde una perspectiva de género

espanolEl presente trabajo tiene por objeto resaltar la importancia de analizar los derechos humanos, especialmente los derechos sociales, desde una perspectiva de genero. Para ello, realizaremos un analisis de los distintos instrumentos a traves de los cuales se han protegido los derechos de las mujeres y se ha incorporado esta perspectiva, que son, en primer lugar, los instrumentos normativos, en segundo lugar, los instrumentos politicos, esto es, la actividad desarrollada por los organismos internacionales; en tercer lugar, a traves de organos de supervision y control y finalmente, mediante los estandares que derivan de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos. EnglishThe purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of analyzing human rights, especially social rights, from a gender perspective. To do this, we will carry out an analysis of the different instruments through which women's rights have been protected and how gender perspective has been incorporated, in the first place, by legal instruments, in second place, by political measures, this is, the activity developed by international organizations; thirdly, through supervisory and control bodies; and finally, through the standards derived from the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights.
