Oxidation kinetics of polyamide-6,6 in terms of the zone model
1992
An important conclusion of the zone model of polymer oxidation is that a chemically homogeneous polymeric substance separates into two components with markedly different reaction abilities. In this work, within the framework of the zone model, it has been established that polyamide-6,6 oxidizes as a mixture of two strongly different components, the relative fractions of which are not affected by the addition of low-molecular-mass antioxidants such as cobalt and copper salts
