Magnetic ordering in the garner NaCa2Mn2V3O12

Abstract The magnetic structure of the garnet NaCa 2 Mn 2 V 3 O 12 with Mn 2+ ions at 16 a positions has been determined by neutron diffraction. Also measurements of Young's modulus and the inverse susceptibility have been made. The magnetic ordering is the same as in the corresponding Co, Ni, Cr-garnets.
