The noise measuring device comprises a measured-bearing mounting device, a counterweight device, a sound isolating device, a bearing pressing device, a bearing axial force loading device, a signal conditioning circuit and a computer, wherein a measured bearing is mounted on a main shaft of a rotor of the measured-bearing mounting device, is pressed by the bearing pressing device, and is pushed and lifted to load by the bearing axial force loading device from below; a microphone is mounted on a tripod, and is located above the measured bearing and forms an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal plane; and the microphone is connected to the computer through a signal conditioning and amplifying circuit, a wiring terminal board and a data acquisition card in sequence by conducting wires. According to the noise measuring device, the bearing noise measurement is realized by the special design of axial force loading device, the sound isolating device and the motor; meanwhile, the structure is simple, and the implementation is convenient.
