Propuesta de intervención para la mejora de competencias al equipo de consultores de la empresa de servicios Strategic Support S.A.S, a través de la aplicación de técnicas de coaching

Strategic Support S.A.S., is a Colombian company located in the city of Bogota D.C. that is legally constituted since 2015, oriented towards the consultancy of processes and procedures of accounting, fiscal and financial type. This organization is in the process of restructuring and new coupling to operational and institutional needs, which is why it seeks to reorient processes and procedures inherent to good organizational management. In the present work a formative intervention plan is designed, focused on the training plan of improvement in competences under coaching techniques, applied to the consultants team of the company Strategic Support S.A.S.
