DISPOZITIVE FOTOVOLTAICE PE BAZA FTALOCIANINEI DE CUPRU FABRICATE PRIN METODA VOLUMULUI CVASIÎNCHIS

In cadrul acestui studiu au fost cercetate proprietăţile fizice ale straturilor subţiri de ftalocianină de cupru (CuPc) depuse in vid prin metoda volumului cvasiinchis, dar si a dispozitivelor fotovoltaice pe baza acestora. A fost studiată influenţa tratării termice asupra structurii si proprietăţilor optice ale straturilor CuPc utilizând metoda difracţiei de raze X si spectroscopia optică (transmitanţa, reflectanţa). Au fost fabricate structurile ITO/CuPc/Al si ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CuPc/Al si studiate proprietăţile fotoelectrice ale acestora. S-a constatat ca utilizarea stratului de PEDOT:PSS imbunătăţeste parametrii fotovoltaici, in special tensiunea de circuit deschis. PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICES BASED ON COPPER PHTHALOCIANINE FILMS DEPOSITED VIA CSS METHOD In this study, properties of copper phthalocianine (CuPc) films deposited by close space sublimation and photovoltaic devices based on them were investigated. The effect of the thermal threatment in different conditions on the structure and the optical properties were investigated by XRD analysis and optical spectroscopy (transmittance and reflectance). The ITO/CuPc/Al si ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CuPc/Al structures were fabricated and the photoelectric properties were studied. Was established that the utilization of the PEDOT:PSS layer in the fabrication of the structure improve photovoltaic parameters, especially open circuit voltage.
