Políticas públicas educacionais de tecnologias digitais: revisão bibliográfica e pesquisa documental

2021
This article aims to present the guiding policy of the national education in Brazil, the PNE (National Education Plan), and discuss the impact of the main government programs for the implementation of digital technologies in public schools and for the training of public school teachers for their use of technological resources in the classroom, as well as the Municipal Education Plan of the city of Franca/SP on the use of digital technologies in education. The methodology used included documentary research followed by a literature review that was carried out in the databases of the CAPES Portal of Journals and Scielo. The results point out that the programs developed in schools across the national territory, for the most part, are portrayed as strategic tools to achieve the goals outlined by the PNE; however, there is little concern with a critical and reflective deepening on the role of digital technologies in improving the educational system and in innovative teaching practices. Keywords: Education. Teacher training. Public Policy. Government Programs. Digital Technologies.
