ANÁLISE DA CONSCIENTIZAÇÃO E COMPORTAMENTO DE ESTUDANTES DE GESTÃO DO ENSINO SUPERIOR PERANTE O DESCARTE DE LIXO ELETRÔNICO

The aim of this study is to analyze the level of information, awareness and behavior of students in higher education in management courses on the issue of waste disposal of electrical and electronic equipment. This is a specific case study carried out in a higher education unit that comprises technological courses in information technology management, industrial and business production. In all, 198 responses were raised using a questionnaire validated as a basic instrument, containing adaptations that met the specific needs of this research. The results of this research allow us to verify that the question about solid electronic and electrical waste needs to be constant, continuous and reflective. When there is a heterogeneity on aspects involving behavior, knowledge, but, above all, management responsibility, it is realized that the only solution is the engagement of society as a whole, in a participatory perspective in decision-making on a subject that affects the environment.
