Collaborative Cluster Architecture for Bio-Inspired Electronic Array

In order to reduce resource overhead and expand the scope of application, bio-inspired electronic cell continuously "lightens its burden". However, this will lead to reliability single point problem. This paper presents a novel architecture - collaborative cluster architecture. This architecture extracts reconfiguration control and other accessory function from electronic cells and forms corresponding array clusters. It can help to simplify design of function array cluster, generalize design of accessory arrays and solve reliability single point problem. The proposed architecture is applied to multi axis controller to verify the self-organization and self-repair process.
