The invention relates to a composite steel pipe concrete column and steel beam connecting node and belongs to the technical field of building structure engineering. The composite steel pipe concrete column and steel beam connecting node comprises a composite steel pipe concrete column, steel beams and a force transmission member. The force transmission member comprises an anchoring web plate, a horizontal end plate, a vertical connecting plate and a vertical ribbed plate; the steel beams are transversely and longitudinally arranged on the periphery of the composite steel pipe concrete column respectively; the anchoring web plate is welded between an inner steel pipe and an outer steel pipe and buried in concrete, and the anchoring web plate corresponds to top flanges and bottom flanges ofthe steel beams; the top flanges and bottom flanges of the transverse steel beams and the web plate are connected with the horizontal end plate respectively, the web plate is simultaneously fixedly connected with the connecting plate on the column side, and the horizontal end plate is connected with the column side; the spaces between the column and the longitudinal steel beams correspond to the top flanges and bottom flanges of the transverse steel beams, the vertical ribbed plate is welded and flatly stuck on the column side, and the vertical ribbed plate extending out of the column side isfixedly connected with the horizontal end plate; and the longitudinal steel beams and the vertical ribbed plate are fixedly connected with the column side. The node is simple in structure, convenientto process and mount, and clear and reliable in force transmission, and can be suitable for demands of industrialized production.
