Clinical Research on Effect of Jiedu Huayu Decoction in Treating Hyperbiliru-binemia Induced by Hepatitis

Objective: To observe the effects of Jiedu Huayu Decoction in treating hyperbilirubinemia induced by hepatitis. Methods: 60 patients with hyperbilirubinemia induced by hepatitis were diveded into two groups randomly. The therapeutic group were treated by Jiedu Huayu Decoction, and the control group were treated by Yinzhihuang Oral liquids. Then, compare the effect between the two groups by observing the change of clinical symptoms, liver function, endotoxin. Results: The remarkable effective rate of the therapeutic group was better than that of control group (P0.01). TBil、TEA were obviously decreased and TP、Alb increased distinctly in the therapeutic group. Meanwhile, the level of endotoxin descended markedly. Compared with the control group there was significant difference (P0.05 or0.01). Conclusion: The curative effect of Jiedu Huayu Decoction on hyperbilirubinemia induced by hepatitis is obvious.
