The research was aimed at studying the features of humoral immunity in ice-skaters staying in conditions of long-term adaptation to cold. The researchers determined immunoglobulin concentration and general immunoglobulin concentration with 4 underclasses in fasting dark blood, taken in the morning. The research resulted in the conclusion that the allocation of the mechanisms influencing immunogenesis of athletes engaged in winter sports required further researches.
