Ацильная миграция в процессе алкилирования производных ацетоксимочевины

The alkylation of N-acetoxy-N-(benzofuran-2-yl)urea is performed in the presence of sodium hydride. This process is accompanied by the migration of acetyl group with the formation of O-acetylisourea. The kinetic parameters of O-acetylisourea hydrolysis in basic and acidic media are determined.
