Preparation of TiO_2 film containing magnetic powder on biomedical metallic substrate and study on its blood compatibility

TiO2 film containing SrFe12O19 was coated on the surface of NiTi alloy and 316L stainless steel and the bond strength of film-matrix was investieated.The forming process,surface morphology and the structure of SrFe12O19 were studied by XRD and SEM.Blood compatibility of the film was evaluated by dynamic clotting time and hemolysis rate tests.All results showed that the dynamic clotting time of 316L stainless steel and NiTi alloy with surface modification was improved,and hemolysis rate was decreased and the TiO2 film contained SrFe12O19 had excellent blood compatibility.
