System and method for calibrating stages of acquisition and conditioning of electric biopotentials. The proposed system comprises means for defining the capture spectral band according to the type of object monitoring biopotential and means for adjusting gain levels in pre-scanning said biopotential voltage. Also, the present invention describes the procedure associated with the definition of the capture spectral band according to the type of object biopotential monitoring and adjustment of the gain levels in pre-scanning said biopotential voltage.
