In this research, feasible points will be developed that demonstrate the feasibility and sustainability to implement a business plan for the creation of an anger management center in the city of Quito. In which it is exposed the evolution of the industry and how it affects this specific health sector, through tools of analysis of environments such as the PEST and the five forces of Porter. To complement, it will formulate analyzes on the behavior of the client to determine which is the segment of market that is wanted to arrive, their tastes and preferences. In order to create strategies those are apt for the growth of the project. Finally, financial analyzes are presented with indicators that are compared with those of the industry with a ROE at the end of the project of 68% and ROA of 65%, financial statements to demonstrate what the economic viability may exist over time Of this project, being exposed that it obtains a TIR of 22.15% demonstrating that one has a profitability throughout the project period and a IR of $ 4.10, which shows that for every dollar invested in the end will obtain that result which indicates that This project is feasible.
