Потенциальные синтетические адаптогены. II. Синтез и фармакологическая активность новых, конформационно подвижных аналогов бромантана — N -[(адамантан-1-ил)метил]-4-броманилинов

New structural analogs of bromantan, possessing high conformation lability as compared to the prototype, have been synthesized and their physiological activity profile has been studied. It is established that the obtained analogs can be synthesized under much softer conditions than bromantan, and their biological activity profile strongly depends on the character of adamantane framework substitution.
