Constructing Universal Searching Agent for Different Classification and Coding System

There are more than three-hundred kinds of Classification and Coding Systems which server different aims and fields,it is very difficult for us to use these varied kinds of Classification and Coding Systems.This article aims at constructing an all-purpose searching agent in order to resolve this question.Analyses the commonness of all Classification and Coding Systems;then puts forward a formula to compute comparability between two codes and corresponding computer strategy;finally realizes this system with Visual C#.NET.
