The invention discloses a 3D material adding building construction method and equipment for a high-rise building. The equipment comprises a hydraulic climbing device, a driving device, a printing device, a pumping device and a control system. The hydraulic climbing device is arranged on a wall-attached climbing rail, an outrigger is arranged at the top of a hydraulic climbing frame, and a movable hanging head is arranged at the top of the outrigger. A base on the printing device is fixed to the movable hanging head, the printing device is connected with the driving device, the pumping device is connected with the printing device, and the control system controls the hydraulic climbing device, the driving device and the pumping device to be started. The movable hanging head is fixed to the outrigger, an X-axis transmission device is fixed to a Y-axis transmission device, and the Y-axis transmission device is connected with a movable plate on the Z-axis transmission device. According to the 3D material adding building construction method and equipment for the high-rise building, modular design is adopted, dismantling and mounting are facilitated, and the assembly efficiency of printing equipment is improved. A split conical printing head is adopted, the stability of the printing head is improved, and the building construction efficiency is improved.
