Microwave process of extracting polysaccharides and polyphenols from tea

The present invention discloses the microwave process to treat tea with microwave of 2450 MHz or 915 MHz frequency and 500-15000 W power and to extract polysaccharides and polyphenols. Compared with conventional chemical process, the said process is simple, efficient, fast, low in cost and less in exhausted waste liquid.
