An IL-7 polypeptide purified mammalian, wherein said IL-7 polypeptide contains at least three glycosylated amino acid residues, has a smaller average isoelectric point 6.5 and an average molecular weight higher than 27 KDa, as It determined by SDS gel electrophoresis.
