The Technology Research of Bottom Squeeze Casting Before the Vulcanization of Colloidal Material

The colloidal material almost uses artificial assisted pouring system in the casting process, the equipments and methods are simple, manpower and material resources consumption is big. Therefore, this paper introduces a design of remote monitoring device of bottom squeeze pouring. The control system based on PLC, use the configuration software to realize the remote control, so as to ensure the safety of staff, and improve the work efficiency and the quality of pouring.
