Temperature and air pressure characteristic test system for non-dispersive infrared gas sensor

2014
The invention develops a simulation system mainly aiming at solving the problem of testing temperature and air pressure characteristics of a non-dispersive infrared gas sensor. The system mainly comprises a test tank, a temperature monitoring subsystem, an air pressure monitoring subsystem, an embedded system, a standard to-be-tested gas sample gas cylinder, an intake duct, an exhaust duct, and a terminal circuit. The system controls and detects the temperature and the air pressure in real time by regulating and controlling the temperature monitoring subsystem and the air pressure monitoring subsystem, the electrical connection of circuit systems inside and outside the test tank are implemented through terminals having excellent air impermeability and heat insulation, and the embedded system controls the system on the whole.
