Investigation and Analysis on the Diseases of Lacteal Gland of 5743 Cases of Vocational Women in Changsha City

Objective:To understand the developmental tendency of the diseases of lacteal gland of vocational women in Changsha city,and investigating to establish relative intervention action.Methods:Using clinical multi-subjects methods,the diseases of lacteal gland 5743 cases of vocational women were made a census and statistics from may 2004 to october 2008.Results:Innocence diseases of lacteal gland and breast carcinoma is more and more in recent years;the peak age of onset was 35-50 years;cyclomastopathy lay in the first in all diseases of lacteal gland.Conclusion:Establishment of health living style, preventment of the diseases of lacteal gland and treatment of innocent diseases of lacteral gland actively,these can decrease the risk of breast carcinoma;using fit census method and reinforcing the monitor of high risk crowd of breast carcinoma,that is benfit for discovering it,and diagnosing and treating early.
