Inflammation orbitaire subaiguë ou chronique (pseudotumeurs inflammatoires)

2010
Abstract Subacute or chronic orbital inflammation can cause proptosis or painful myositis. It is either primitive or secondary to systemic diseases such as polyarteritis nodosa or Wegener's granulomatosis. Corticosteroids are the basic treatment, allowing biopsy and thus anatomopathological diagnosis. Some authors advocate surgery.
