The film rising evaporator comprises a film rising evaporation section and a steam-liquid separation section; a swirl plate assembling unit 8 used as a main steam-liquid separation element of the film rising evaporator comprises a connecting cylinder 10, an annular connecting plate 11, a swirl plate blade 12, a liquid receiving plate 13, a liquid receiving pipe 14 and the like, wherein the swirl plate blade 12 is in a stereoscopic structure formed by a trapezoidal surface 18 and a triangular surface 19. The film rising evaporator is applied to nitric acid evaporation and binary acid evaporation in an adipic acid production system, can increase the separation efficiency, simplify the process attached flow, save the occupied area and reduce the possibility that the evaporation effect is poor due to crystallization blocking of the adipic acid and the binary acid, caused by heat preservation or misoperation.
