Continuous extrusion method for impure red copper particles

2013
The invention discloses a continuous extrusion method for impure red copper particles. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: after the preliminary cleaning of recycled impure red copper, shearing impure red copper wastes into small particles with the diameters of 3-5 mm by utilizing a granulating machine, then cleaning the obtained red copper particles by utilizing a four-step cleaning method to obtain the red copper particles with completely clean surfaces, and carrying out drying processing; heating dried red copper particle materials to 80-200 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 1-4 hours to obtain the well-formed red copper particle materials, and continuously adding raw materials into a continuous extrusion machine by utilizing a continuous feeding device; and enabling the particle materials to firstly pass through a compaction wheel and enter an extrusion wheel groove after being preliminarily compacted, nipping the particle materials by virtue of a rubbing action and starting extrusion, so as to obtain finished products. As the processing scheme is adopted, a resmelting process is omitted during recycling and processing processes of the waste impure red copper, so that the energy consumption is saved, and meanwhile, the exhaust emission is reduced, thus being of great advantage to a scientific conservation-minded society; and meanwhile, the process is substantially shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
