The invention discloses a formula for a synthetic sleeper and a continuously forming process. The formula for synthesizing the sleeper takes urethane resin and continuous glass fiber as base materials, wherein the formula of the urethane resin foaming material in portion is as follows: 60 to 90 portions of polyether glycol 1(the number of hydroxyl radical are between 3 and 8, and the molecular weight is less than 1,300), 10 to 40 portions of polyether glycol 1(the number of hydroxyl radical are between 2 and 3, and the molecular weight is between 2,000 and 4,000), 0.01 to 0.10 portion of catalyst, 0.5 to 3 portions of form stabilizer, 0.2 to 1.0 portion of foaming agent, 5 to 25 portions of fire retardant, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of antiaging agent and 115 to 200 portions of isocyanate; the continuously forming process comprises five working procedures of thread guiding, resin-impregnation of a foaming machine, uniform dipping, forming and automatic cutting, and the synthetic sleeper prepared by the invention has the advantages of good comprehensive performance, light weight, stable performance, even boundary, good mechanical property and good corrosion resistant property.
