This article was adapted with permission from the video-taped program, "The Health History,"' by the'nursing faculty of Herbert H. Lehman College and produced by Blue Hill Educational Systems, Inc., 52 S. Main Street, Spring Valley, N.Y. 10977. Three individual titles and their runping times in minutes are "The Overview" (13), "The History-Taking Interview" (26), and "Formulating the Plan" (13). Costs are $200 each or $550 for the set; composite preview, no charge ('/2inch reel to reel or ',-inch cassette). The ideal of health care and health as an individual right began during the depression of the 1930's, a period of social concern about employment and public health.
