Although some reports have descri urgical treatment of pulmonary atresia in infants with p uctus arteriosus (PDA) compressing the bronchus, 2-4 less is nown about the usefulness of flexible bronchoscopic ass ent and the administration of lipoprostaglandin E 1 to these atients in the perioperative period.
