Changes in the organization and adaptation potential of the individual in the group

The article studies the pattern of changes within the organization in view of the adaptation potential of the individual in the group and deals with methods and approaches of aligning the behaviour of the individual and the group. The relationship „potential – aims of the change – conformity assessment”, and the possible alternatives are monitored. The reaction and conduct types of the person in case of changes in the organization are emphasized.
