High-resolution code-spraying printing ink and preparation process thereof

2010
The invention discloses high-resolution code-spraying printing ink comprising the following components by weight percent: 6 to 12 percent of polyacrylate, 2 to 6 percent of vinyl, 1 to 3 percent of polyurethane, 2 to 5 percent of dye, 2 to 6 percent of high molecular stabilizing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of conductive agent, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of auxiliary agent and 75 to 86 percent of solvent. The preparation process of the high-resolution code-spraying printing ink comprises the following steps of: firstly, adding the dye into a high molecular stabilizing agent solution for full dissolving and acting, then adding other various resin solutions and finally, adding various conductive agent solutions and various auxiliary agent solutions to obtain a finished product after substantial stirring and filtering. The invention enhances the adhesion force, the resolution and the fineness stability of the printing ink greatly by carrying out innovative design and synthesis on a main resin and dye stabilization system of the printing ink.
