Integration of University-Enterprise in Applied Universities

Because higher education in China attaches more importance to theory rather than to practice, there is a gap between academic research and technical practice. With transformation and development of universities, to cultivate a large number of technical talents who can make scientific and technological achievements into practice, an educating strategy of integrating enterprises into higher education is proposed. From universities’ perspective, the cooperation with enterprises was further strengthened by linking the Industry-University-Research cooperation. With university-enterprise cooperation to in-depth integration, the talent supply was further improved. And an in-depth ecological mechanism of government-led, market-driven and common development between universities and enterprises was established. The research result show that with the proposed strategy “win-win” cooperation between universities and enterprises is achieved.
