The invention discloses a nickel-based alloy and carbon steel metallurgical bonding composite welded tube and a manufacturing method of the composite welded tube. A straight slit nickel-based composite tube is formed through a hot rolled nickel-based composite plate through the JCOE technology and manufactured through welding. One side of the hot rolled nickel-based composite plate is a nickel-based alloy layer, and the other side of the hot rolled nickel-based composite plate is a carbon steel layer. The nickel-based alloy layer and the carbon steel layer are combined in a hot rolling mode and are in metallurgical bonding. The composite welded tube can be continuously produced, the method is simple, industrial production can be achieved, it is guaranteed that the nickel-based composite tube is resistant to corrosion, and meanwhile, product cost is lowered.
