Right ventricular longitudinal strain in idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension: association with 3D echocardiographic and CMR volumetry and clinical deterioration: a follow up study

dicators such as S’,E’ at the tricuspid and mitral lateral annulus of RV/LV.We found significant reduce of SPAP during APhT.We found a positive correlation in the evaluation SPAP using two methods:Transthoracic Doppler Echocardiography and RHC.We recieved the following correlation:responders-0.8036 before test and 0.6568 after test; not responders-0.9618 before test and 0.9414 after test respectively. Conclusions: ECHO may be used for an accurate assessment of vasodilator response as compared to RHC data. During APht with iNO only S’, E’ at the lateral annulus of RV/LV may be used for detecting vasoreactive pts.
