INTRODUCTION Duodenal Crohn's disease is a rare clinical entity that occurs in 0.5–4.0% of patients with Crohn's disease. A unique case of Crohn's disease of the upper gastrointestinal tract characterized by multiple strictures within the duodenum and jejunum is described in our review.
