Dual Independent Enhanced Scan Engines, Large-Field Two Photon Microscopy (DIESEL2p)

We developed a large field-of-view (O>5mm) two-photon microscopy with simultaneous and independent two-region access to enable the imaging of neuronal activities widely-distributed in mice's visual cortex, which is hardly achievable with current commercial systems.
