The invention discloses a special track lifting support configuration structure for trapezoidal sleeper track panel construction. The special track lifting support configuration structure comprises rail carrying supports (10) and track lining lead screws (11) which are mounted among steel rails and sleepers, and is characterized in that each rail carrying support (10) is provided with two rail carrying plates (1), the length of each rail carrying plate (1) is larger than the width of each trapezoidal sleeper by 5-15cm, the two corresponding rail carrying plates (1) are connected with each other by a connector (4), screw nuts (2) are mounted on outer sides of the rail carrying plates (1), and screws (3) are mounted in the screw nuts; and the track lining lead screws (11) are mounted on outer sides of the two steel rails, a nut is mounted at one end of a sleeve (5) of each track lining lead screw (11), and track lining screws (6) are mounted in the nuts. Planar positions of track panels are adjusted by means of turning the track lining lead screws (3). The special track lifting support configuration structure has the advantages that elevations and planes of the trapezoidal track panels can be precisely adjusted assuredly by track lifting supports, and the construction cost is lowered as the track lifting supports can be detached and recycled.
