Interpolymer interaction between countercharged types of Eudragit® RL30D and FS30D in binary films as a method of drug release modification in oral delivery systems

Interpolymer interaction between countercharged copolymers Eudragit® RL30D (polycation) and Eudragit® FS30D (polyanion) was studied under simulated gastrointestinal tract conditions using FT-IR spectroscopy and modulated-temperature differential scanning calorimetry (MT-DSC) in order to find a mechanism for modifying diclofenac sodium release from an oral matrix delivery system.
