A Group Decision-making Method for Alternative Selection Based on AC-IOWA Operator

In this paper,a group decision-making method is proposed to deal with the alternative selection problem with matrix of pairwise comparison values given by experts.The method is guided by additive consistency property and the experts' consistency levels are calculated to act as the induced vector of IOWA operator and which is extended as AC-IOWA operator.The experts' preference values are aggregated to be the group preference by the AC-IOWA operator,and based on that the final alternative is selected by the quantifier-guided dominance degree method.Finally,a numerical example is presented to illustrate how to use the method proposed in this paper.
