Design of an Intelligent Positioning Controller for Automatic Reproduced Crane Based on Friction Compensation

In order to enhance the automation level of automatic reproduced crane and improve the accuracy speed of measurement,a new kind of intelligent positioning system was designed based on PLC.RBF neural network was used to compensate friction damping aiming at the influence of nonlinear friction on system property.And practicability of the algorithm was analyzed through derivation.Comparative simulation shows that the adaptive RBF neural network has good results on nonlinear friction compensation.It can be used to achieve accurate location tracking and locating,and the hanging swinging is within the permissible range.
